  • Your Japanese version of this uniquely beautiful Vietnamese classic brightens my screen. Being an amateur vocalist, your musical voice outshines many professionals and gaining tremendous praise and support from your You Tube fans. You certainly deserve all the credit for all the hard work and talent you demonstrate through your postings. My heartfelt thanks for all the joy you bring to us all.

  • @rgb555

  • @Jiameizi

Thank you so much for your generous adjectives. I am very honored.

  • Beautiful! Even Masami43 (山下征美樣,a Japanese TT fan) spoke of this song highly.

It would have even wider audience if it can also be sung in Chinese and Vietnamese.

  • @GongDuke

Dear GongDuke, for your always support, I will try the other versions. But I am not sure if I can handle them. But I will give them a try. It is for you and for all my Youtube supporters. Give me enough time to prepare. I hope anyone knows Vitenam pronunciation can give me the pronunciation. You know I do not understnad Japanese or Vietnamese at all.

  • I was so moved and touched by your splendid performance of this beautiful song in Japanese.

The beautiful video also effectively matches the song.

  • @masami43

Thank you very much for your nice comments. I am touched by your encouragement. Did I sing Japanese correctly? I do not understand Japanese at all.

  • @yuanyuan88

Your pronunciation of each character on the screen is exactly correct and beautiful.

Only one minor point is that your “て” sounds like “RE”. “て” is correctly pronounced as “TE”. Perhaps, you tried to pronounce it correctly as “TE”.

    忘れたくて来たの (WASURETAKUTE KITANO) at (1:28) (2:05) (2:54).

Overall, your Japanese song is complete and perfect.

  • @masami43

Thank you so much for your correction. You are right, I was not sure how to pronunce this one. I could not hear Teresa's voice clearly at this one. If you have time, can you hear my other Japanese song? I only sang 2 so far. I mimic Japanese singers for that one. I listened to 3 Japanese singers, 2 ladies and 1 guy. I found their pronunciation has some differences. Maybe they sing different words. I chose to mimic the guy who seems sing much more clear to me.

  • Dear Yuan Yuan,

Thank you very much for your singing this famous Vietnamese song " Khong" in Japanese.I understand that Teresa sang it in perfect way, but you handled it so smoothly, well done !

I add it to my favourite list and sharing with whom loves my channel. :)

    Best regards,

    Lin

  • @linfuyan123

Teresa is perfect. That is why at first I did not plan to sing when SuongthuShi asked me to. I decided to sing is when I hear the piano solo which tells me a story full of passion.

  • Dear YuanYuan,

Fantastic & emotional voice ! Yes, It almost made me cry when watching those VN scenes.Nice to see Mr. Nguyen Anh' 9 visited his hometown " Da` Lat ".

Also thanks to Qiu 's recommendation of you to me . :)

  • @linfuyan123

Thank you for coming to hear my songs. I am touched by every support I got.

  • High caliber voice and superb piano piece!

  • @jamestannn

Thank you for listening to my song. Thanks for your nice comment.

  • @yuanyuan88 ; James wanted to "CRY a River" ... but he ,... let wait for Lin - as L. is the only one among us who completely masters all versions of "Khong" ;)

YY has produced in short notice a MV of full astistic expression and impression. While YY was moaning "Little Shirley" in other MV. Anh9 once said "Music from the heart" as we have sent you all related background. Please rest and enjoy your Arts before the next presentation - your relentless spririt YY - Take care

  • This song was beautifully sang by Teresa Teng, but TT didn't have the opportunity to sing this song accompanied with Mr Anh9's piano. However I am so touch to listen yuanyuan88 singing this song accompanied by Anh9 piano, I have the impression that yuanyuan is too modest not to recognize her gifted voice and her great artistry to create beautiful mv presentation. Yuanyuan88 voice and singing style, like TT also touch deeply our soul. Thank you SuongthuShi for introducing me to this great MV.

  • w3 (and to Lin123, James} We have en-routed/embraced a project larger than ourselves. Only try to share with friends our passion(s) for Music and Arts, but YY, continued to surprise us with her unusual passions for the Arts itself. Our knowledge of music is very limited, but our relentless passion for Arts has - a very encouraged out-come - We (my family) would say that though this Japanese Ver. was sung first by TT legend, YY has brought it to a different Style and is more like ORIGINAL...

  • @SuongthuShi Thanks to you for introducing me to this splendid multicultural video, moving for me in more ways than one! I'm impressed by the voice of yuanyuan88, served by her attractive knowledge. The setting and the pictures are a great work! Thank you.

  • @Dominaxel

Thank you for your nice word. The credit of the information about the song should go to SuongthuShi. This is the first time I heard the song though I hear many Teresa's songs except this one.

  • @wwwtips

Thank you wwwtips for your always support. Teresa is always my idol. She is born a Star. I am very ordinary but I sing with my heart.

  • Dear Yuanyuan! You have done a splendid job! Great singing and an extra plus for the piano music. Take care.

  • @nilsk56

Thank you for your always support. This is how it keeps me singing here.

  • Youtube has word limitation and rejected my first upload of the description. I just want to add here.

When I were asked to sing this song “Khong” with Teresa Teng’s Japanese version presenting to me, I thought I may not handle this song well because it is an emotional and powerful song, not gentle sweet type.

  • @yuanyuan88

I also thought Teresa’s version reaches the top already. It is hard for me sing this song because my vocal is so different than Teresa’s. Besides, it is Japanese and I do not understand a word of Japanese. Suongthu did not give up on me. He continued to send me the story of the song and said yuanyuan please consider this song.

  • @yuanyuan88

One day I listened to the piano solo and was absolutely touched by the passion of the piano. I felt the love story was revealing in front of my eyes. So I decided to give it a try. But piano was not meant for singing. It is so fast and the pitch is so high, I had to rush and squeeze the words out.

  • @yuanyuan88

Thanks Suongthu for adjusting the piano accordingly. But I found another problem. My mind is set as I had to mimic Teresa Teng while the companion music is so different with the rhythm at all. I felt awkward trying to adopt Teresa’s unique way of singing and I am also not good at mimic.

  • @yuanyuan88

Then I decided to forget about Teresa’s version. I listened to the piano and followed with Piano’s flow.

  • @yuanyuan88

I know mine can't be compared with Teresa. She was too good and I am only an amateur singer, but I have tried my best to sing this song.

  • @yuanyuan88 : Please have credits to Thuy Nga of the Video of Composer Anh9 - the Video of Anh9 was filmed in Vietnam - Province of Da Lat by ThuyNga by Night 83 "Những Khúc Hát Ân Tình" - and the MC is Mr. Ng Ngọc Ngạn - Arigatou YY san ;) ,.. smile

  • @SuongthuShi

I have added to the description. Please check to see if I have written something incorrect.

  • @yuanyuan88 :

You have created a new Composition that - Mr Anh9 would be proud to have accompanied you Yuan Yuan ... What a beautiful colaboration ... Sans Frontieres -musique sans frontieres. We were glad to have worked with you in this venue...

    Thank you YuanYuan

  • @SuongthuShi

Thanks for introducing this song to me. This is the first time I heard this song. It is a touching song. I think I was inspired by the piano a lot. Thanks also for providing so much information about this song. Without all these, I do not think I will understand this song well.

  • Oh I think this is the best you have sang so far!

  • @Wuxiadivaandmore

Thank you very much for your encouragement. You are so quick to hear this song. I wrote the description very long, Youtube rejected all the words the first time. Let me try to post here for how I record this song.
