I don't know, man. Eating nothing but raw fruits and vegetables just doesn't sound too healthy to me. I hope you've done a little research before starting this. If it were me, I'd talk to a dietician first. But then that might mean forking out some money (I wouldn't have to pay out since I'm in the military). If you don't want to do that, how about searching a couple forums. Just thinking about your health on this dude.

The statement that we're all supposed to be vegans is highly debatable.
That's why I mentioned the benefit of either talking to a qualified dietician, or at the very least, do a little research.
all I'm saying is that judging by his weight, since i don't know him personally... I'd guess he eats unhealthy, and I think 20days of unprocessed, low fat, natural healthy food is way healthier than highly processed, high fat, high salt foods.
the only reason we aren't vegan is because we have the brains to create weapons and harness the power of fire. we don't meet the physical requirements to be a natural meat eater. try walking up to a cow, killing it with your bare hands, and eating it's raw flesh, organs and blood like other meat eaters... you will become ill.
anyway...we do thousands of things that aren't natural these days.. I'm not going to start an argument... take care.
Uhm, well I kind of learned differently in Anthropology class... humans began evolving from carnivores based on skeletal structures and composition, basic use of tools only heightens an animals hunting preferences(chimps, gorrillas etc- one omnivorous and one herbivorous) and we evolved into omnivores now due to our intelligence quotas... and our food needs also evolved to suit our hunting habits, not the other way around! Love a good intelligent debate btw, thank you for that!!

Yar I did the research and I'm only eating it for 20 days supplemented by the multivitamins I already take once a day.
