it doesn't have that unfortunately. only for pc or other consoles have that option.

but u can replay the scenarios for SNES.

I got this game since i loved sim city etc. but i never realy got it. i realy loved the package and i couldnt stop playing it becouse it looked so cool. And i keept waiting for it to become fun. but never happened :) , miss beeing a child sometimes

I forget if you could lower morale all the way with that peace treasure or not. If so no wonder I liked this scenario..less energy spent in that - more spent in the others.

lol it doesn't have on this old game unless someone remake it or do a mod that has that feature.

u can only drain the ocean and sea pollute effect box thingys.
