You've mentioned James Agee recently and it reminded me that some of his prose has been set to music by the great American composer, Samuel Barber. The piece is for soprano and orchestra and is called Knoxville: Summer of 1915. It's a beautiful, dreamy, romantic piece of music.

While lurking about recently I saw an atheist use the term 'sky-daddy' referring to God, I had to laugh!!! Well, 'a rose by any other name' :)
