I loved the combat of AoC. Class balance was a big issue for some, not I. I'm a fan of imbalanced classes as long as each has an important role and they fit the bill as they should. In the world of Conan every player should fear something, or someone . :o I quit due to lack of DX10, that was their error as far as I'm conerned. In their defence, they weren't the only ones to play DX10 games, the whole concept of DX10 was a crock.

Further, i also play wow from time to time, cos wow also has its goods, lets be honest.On the other hand i have been most dedicated to Eve Online since 2004,that makes point that im not the average gamer, but more from all fronts.And i hate it that AoC isnt getting the credits it should get, its only thanks to those who over estimated the game and feel disapointed.only because they became blind of what gameplay truely means, and that is something that Age of Conan has most above all other mmo's.

I have always loved AoC, and i can say its a really good game. Its one of the very few mmo games that really managed to create a real feel and sense in the world and most of all, the gameplay, controls, combat is superb.

I miss AGe of Conan and the music and have been playing lord of the rings mines of Moria for months now. The music is alright in that game. Some reason I never got bored with the music Age of Conan.

This sound is from Conarch Village, it truly gives you a Celtic feeling, where the Cimmerians of Conarch are Celtic inspired ;)

Dude there was 2 movies out before the game. Called Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer. And a few animated series over the years...

Dude here. I'm 62 year woman who has seen those movies many times. I'm a Age of Conan player, love the LOTR triology, LOTR soundtrack and the movie Beowolf and Grundel. Guess I'm looking towards another LOTR type of hero/war movie from the Viking ages.

They are working on a new Conan movie, I personally hope it's based of the Dark Horse comics and original Howard stories more than the game though. >.>
