Nicely done. I'd give you performance tips but it may reveal... a little more than you'd want. I'm sure with practice you'd get the fluency needed in the ditch (you should know you're principles of magic, yeah?).

To add on to Idolsofwood, when you simulate (Couldn't find any better word) that the object is in the balloon, misdirect them a little.

There really is no such thing as n impromptu effect becasue the method has been thought out before hand and rehearsed for a certain situation.

Impromptu to would be creating an effect from scratch on the spot with no prior idea, so pretty much creating anew effect.] spur of the moment under pressure.

Thanks! Actually this method can infact be done with borrowed objects and balloons (as long as they have the right color) I just carry my part of the trick on me at all times.

Well neither was the original if you think about it... you need to carry around balloons. Besides most magicians carry cards on them anyway so it's not much of a burden.
