  • sit back before your pull. narrow your grip to take the load off your delts. keep an anterior pelvic tilt through the pull.

  • Thanks. Not sure if I can keep a narrower grip. How do I keep an anterior tilt? Do u have any sample vids I can study?

  • Aight man. I think I know what you're talking about. To tell you the truth I'm going to stop deadlifting for a while. Basically I got this knee thing, bursitis I beleive, so there are some movements I'm going to lay off for a while. But I think the knee problem is keeping me from going as low as I used to and hence incorporating more of my lower back. Luckily I wasn't lifting anything crazy. Thanks man. Would love to have some of ur vids on my site.
