Aight man. I think I know what you're talking about. To tell you the truth I'm going to stop deadlifting for a while. Basically I got this knee thing, bursitis I beleive, so there are some movements I'm going to lay off for a while. But I think the knee problem is keeping me from going as low as I used to and hence incorporating more of my lower back. Luckily I wasn't lifting anything crazy. Thanks man. sit back before your pull. narrow your grip to take the load off your delts. keep an anterior pelvic tilt through the pull.

Thanks. Not sure if I can keep a narrower grip. How do I keep an anterior tilt? Do u have any sample vids I can study?
