Youtube in-browser will always be slow. For a real test, play youtube in the n900 native application (zoutube is it called?)

Hey you !!! That is not a fair comparison. Remember, N900 load Youtube website, a lot of flash stuff contain. While the rest of 3 phones use application that can open Youtube video very fast. Try to open website, not Youtube application like that, idiot !!!!

Why aren't you watching the video in fullscreen? It's a better viewing experience and the video plays better.
