I love this guy. When I was a kid he was just the fear factor man but he's blossomed into something else entirely. It's important having someone like him around now so that these ideas can be introduced to the younger generations. Keep up the good work Joe!

Why I don't understand is... if we are all the same consciousness... How did we get to the point we are today?

We must have wanted it this way if we are indeed one consciousness... We made this reality and we are now experiencing it...

So the only way I can imagine wanting things this way is if this reality is some sort of simulation... like World Of Warcraft but like 3D SmellD and FeelD.

Right? Why else?

I think life is the game reality (nothingness/infiniteness) is playing to enjoy its eternity. And to fully enjoy the game, it must forget itself. The game then becomes the new reality. Can you imagine a better game than life? Why do you think games we create today are more and more life-like? The ultimate game/entertaining experience would be to enter a perfectly simulated life and to forget our own. And when we'd die, we'd step back into the past/real reality.
