Pizza hut is like Friday's, or Applebee's in china, it's sorta high end, there's real flatware, and it's usually a 30min+ wait to get in for dinner on weekends...KFC is HUGE over here! Yum Foods has china locked up when it comes to fast food.

FYI: noodle type food isn't native to europians, the idea is brought from the middle east. I'm unsure of the timeline, but it is obvious, there are no evidence, written or otherwise (yet), just google :)

Another thing, pasta IS a type of noodle. Not all noodle are the same, in China itself there are already many types of noodles.
