You can tell that Ciel is still sad about the loss of Zero. Zero only fought for his friend X because he has feelings for Ciel but doesn't want to admit it that he don't want to feel the pain of losing of someone who is close to him.
dunno what happened to that last comment, but uh... I think Zer0 ended perfectly fine. He risked his life for Ciel basically. And it was an accomplished Mission. It does suck that "his whereabouts are unknown" though. Plus, THIS IS PRETTY MUCH THE ONLY SERIES CAPCOM'S ENDED SO LETS JUST GO WITH IT!!
