4.brandy

5.beef stock

6.sugar

7.salt

8.cornflour mixed with water

9.double cream

pepper corn sauce supposed to be reddish color not white,,,in my style put first the oil then the steak 500grwith peppercorn after 2 min take out the steak then pour the double cream then brandy ,,stir it until its done pour it to the steak ..
