Because of the title most views are just because of the song, most of them didn't come to this video because of your hooping. I just wanted to mention, 16.000 of your 17.000 views are just because of the music....

Actually, Streetlight put out Everything Goes Numb, their debut CD of original songs. Then they covered Keasby Nights (which was all Tom's music anyway), and then they released a second CD of original material.
You don't have to think they're great, but you're summation of their discography was really off.

I had 2 cd's of theirs, one had half the number of songs on a standard cd, but they were mostly all extended versions of catch 22 songs, then the second was catch 22 songs rerecorded with the full streetlight band. I never knew they had a second cd. I kinda fell out of that music scene when i shipped off to my first college. I went from NJ shore to new hampshire. There's a distinct lack of ska up there.

well to be honest they re-did the album "Keasby Nights" because Tom Kalnoky was pissed they were going to re-release it with some falshy new cover art and nothing musically changed, so he offered to do it and then streetlight manifesto changed up a whole bunch of stuff and re-released it themselves. and at the end of it he explains why he did and says "This release is like a preemptive strike. Call it what you will it will piss people off and that at the end of the day is all that really matters

Reel Big Fish is a crappy ska band. Streetlight, Big D, Operation Ivy, etc all kick the shit out of RBF.
The Cure were one of the best and most influential post-punk bands, right up there with Joy Division and New Order.
Not only did they influence post-punk, they influenced modern music in general.
The Cure > Reel Big Fish

@Razoroath I wouldn't say RBF is more influential, but I certainly would choose to listen to them over The Cure 995 of the time.
RBF is certainly more entertaining, and their cover is different enough to be more more enjoyable to me.
