@AtomicSushi92130 Il y en a, j'ai vu une vidéo où les Commados Parachutistes de l'Air en avaient. J'imagine qu'en gros, on en a que pour les Forces Spéciales. Toujours le même problème, l'argent. Néanmoins, rien ne dit que ces grenades là soient forcément mauvaises. Le FAMAS est sans nul doute plus vieux que le M203, c'est pourquoi on a fait notre truc à nous à l'époque.

Je trouve les AP/AV françaises plus pratiques car on peut les tirer de n'importe quel FAMAS et avec des munitions standards, grâce au piège à balle. Donc chaque GV peut tirer une grenade avec son propre fusil.

Je sais que d'autres armées utilisent de vrais lance-grenades, notamment un de la firme H&K, mais c'est un engin à porter en plus du reste. Le système du FAMAS a bien été pensé de ce point de vue.

As an American, I respect the French Military. They covered the escape of the British in WWII like true heroes as long as they could. The reason Paris fell was because the Germans caught everyone off guard, and I mean everyone, with their tactics and technology at the time. I realize that because of political issues the U.S. and France haven't seen eye to eye on certain military operations, i.e. Iraq.

Regardless, thank you France for serving and trying to make the world safer.

France seems to have more resolve about this war than some other countries. This war is winnable. Some people have the mistaken belief that democracy is what is needed for success. The real goal is stability comparable to Afghanistan's neighbours or the stability Afghanistan had before the Soviet invasion. We have abandoned Afghanistan before & look where that put everybody. Quite a few Afghans, city dwellers & women, are desperate for ISAF to stay there.

French government didn't own any tv channel. We try to have a separation between power and medias.

About snipers, they aren't a common unit of soldiers platoons. TP (precision shooter) and TE (Elite shooter) are separate units who works 2 by 2 and aren't integrated in normal soldier units.

Btw, it's stupid to have a sniper walking near the enemies as they are used for long-distance combat, no close quarter combat.
