Sick video. Glad to see someone's doing Oregon proud! My family goes out to Xmas Valley every year on Memorial Day weekend. My dad has been doing it there since he was a kid with his parents too. We do the poker run every year. I just hate the fact that they closed down half the dunes for that "environmental" stuff. Some of the best riding is out there. Oh, and I love RED, they recently came to Salem with Kutless and Newsboys.

@KFC66 thats crazy you said that cuz me and 6 of my friends went up there last april and we all had dirt tires on and we never saw any problems. it must have been wet or something when did you head up there?
Nice video! ? I live in Shady Cove (30 min outside Medford, up Hwy 62). Never been to Ch. V, but I've heard good things about the terrain and it's close enough that I should check it out soon. Peace.

Ya it kinda sucked, i shorted out the relay so we had to push start it, i cleaned her up when i got home she looked good as new till i put my knee through the plastics the next weekend at Winchester bay...lol Still faster than most...

i have been thinking about going to the christmas valley dunes i live by medford but i heard its kinda like a dirt sand not really a need for paddles is that true cause if it is i think i will just stick with hauser spinreel and all them
its desert sand that has some dirt in it but i'd still recomend using paddles and I'd definitely encourage you to hit it up. March - early june is the best time.

Not many people have, its a great riding spot, best in the summer june or july otherwise it gets really hot, its a little dusty but if you can put up with that its a blast.
