My movie about Metal Heads is hitting the festival circuits this next year, hopefully starting with Sundance if they accept us. its called THE WOLFMAN'S HAMMER. Trailer's on YOUTUBE under that title. We didn't have the ability to license METALLICA songs, but I think our movie feels more authentic than what I've seen of HESHER, which, to be fair, I haven't seen yet.
I loved this movie that I saw on fillmsi.co.cc. It was bittersweet in the fullest sense. NOT a romantic comedy, though it was definitely romantic and comedic at times. A breath of fresh air in the midst of Summer Blockbuster Season.

Also in the end credits, there are drawings of Hesher at a last supper scene, and also of hands with the wounds of the crucifixion. Now I'm not religious and I try not to read into things too much, but think about it.
