I've been very interested in the Philadelphia Experiment for years and believe it COULD have happened, but the idea of time travel only possible by creating a different time line would not explain how Al Beilek could have travelled from 'our' past to 'our' future /present.

OK. Simple view. LIght is just one small band in the electo magnetic spectrum. Goes all the way up thru microwave, x-ray, and other types of radiation. Electric theory allows for both resonant frequencies and counteracting fields. Such as putting batteries in series, or reversing polarties. Look up moray valve docs from 1926. One could determine an alternate timeline quite easily, if someone time travels, and is never seen from again. they must have gone somewhere...
as for technology, well, that's a big black rabbit hole, and it goes really deep. starting at incredulity is rational. But the more you read, the more bizarre things become. After 11 years of looking into this sort of thing, I'm convinced anything is possible now.

This guy is the poster child for over-complication. Time travel is a matter of velocity that's it. Tesla was a genius without Atlantis or Alien assistance. As for the Philly Exp. how is it that the men show up inside the metal of the ship but the ship itself conveniently materializes at another port? Teleportation means taking this apart here then putting it back together over there but does not consider the individual being's deconstruction and reconstruction. That is an even bigger trick.
