She has a more natural R&B vibe than Nicole, I like this actually. I think they didn't pick her because the girl who won was vocally stronger than her and a much more seasoned performer. Melissa is a great dancer but her vocals are too raw and though she's obviously super talented, she doesn't seem as driven as the other one.

@Rosannasfriend I know Asia sucked, I was rooting for Melissa R during the whole competition. Obviously Melissa R was a better dancer and way prettier but Asia did have stronger vocals than Melissa R. She wasn't as good as Chelsea vocally but she had more skill than Melissa whose voice was still raw and her technique wasn't that developed. I do wish Melissa won but I guess she has more good things before her.
