The upper cloud layer, along with the mountain texture, need work.
The mountains themselves look epic, but the texture is blotchy and, well, not very lifelike. I'd recommend messing around with the slope-based and height-based texturing system.
As for the upper clouds, only use the flat layer if you are not going to fly anywhere near them (i.e., background clouds). Instead, try adding another cloud layer if you can, in the sky panel or adding them via Metaclouds manually.

The clouds are too thin, but other than that it looks good. Maybe increase the texture resolution?
