Most English-speakers think of deeper voices for the creepy little girls.

However, if you watch anime, often you'll hear softer voices like this for this type of character. The cute-but-deadly effect.

The singer of the English version sucks at high notes...of any kind. She's really just a super shitty singer and this version is much better.
