betomon17: it was quite a hard impact, and WRC cars are not tanks, more like F1 cars with 4wd and a bodyshell for rallystages... And the reason the car stalls is becouse of the launch control system witch limits the revs, and he couldnt start it when the left wheel was broken, thats what i think anyways. And the guy is sponsord by abu dhabi, and they are the main sponsors in the bp ford team, so its not so strange that he has 3rd drive with that team.

Main problem with modern WRC cars is that they sound so shite. This is due to the ridiculous 100db noise limit. Even Group A sounded good (the Celica ST185 and ST205 really exploded around the stages with massive volume and were very similar to the Audi S1 in noise). WRC cars produce crappy muffled pops and sound way too tame.
ppl like him pay to drive the car. Abu dahbi pays millions to ford to allow Al Qassimi drive the car. I think there are oonyl couple driver who actualy get paid by the team to drive for them. Al the others are paydrivers, meaning they ahve to pay to drive the car.
