I saw the movie long ago, and I agree the special effects are extremely cheesy it was probably a low budget movie.. But its still a gore to me, as gore as genocyber or evil dead, even making some references. And the story is kinda touching too. I may sound stupid by saying this, but this movie is not as half ridiculous as it seems. Don't be fooled by the looks: this is actually an ok movie. (Not half as good as Battle Royale or something, but still worth a look)
