@twinstu50 You get a kit bag supplied (already with some kit you must pack) and fit clothes and toiletries in the rest of the space. You also have a milk crate on the back where you can pack extra gear (usually your lunchbox, & the jacket you'll remove when the day warms up). "Musts" for the ride include a wool seat cover, throttle rocker, tunes, camera, and a sense of humour. $1k got me through the event - spent on grog, souvenirs, and an extra curricular trip the The Rock.
One more question. Whare the 'personal logistics', MONEY AND GEAR, suggested for this type of trip.
Just a ball-park amount would be good, of course, every day 'post-ride', (no pun intended), expenses are totally up to the individual, no worries.
