well, i want to hear this argument being proven otherwise. As of right now, Dylan is the father of Kelly's 4 year old son Sammy in the new 90210 spin off. Brenda who also comes back on the show, has said (well by Shannen of course) that she doesn't want Brenda to even want Dylan anymore because hes so passe'. It would make no sense for Brenda and Kelly to fight over Dylan in the new series when Dylan is the father of her child. They are bound to that one little person for the rest of the lives.

thats because 90210 forshadowed the whole love triangle once again with Kelly when she went to Washington. Brenda was leaving and they wanted some more juice ((which was ridiculous)) and they have her sleeping with Brandon as S4 ended. They wanted 2 males to be part of the triangle this time with Kelly. nothing on 90210 after that ever became really original with the Brenda, Valerie and Gina debacle. Kelly being in a rape situation 2wice, Dylan doing drugs 2wice, etc the list goes on.

She wanted them together and she said that she thinks that that's what the fans wanted. Also, one of the producers said that he had never seen such a reaction to a couple like he had with Dy/K. He said that they had to put them together in the end because EVERYONE wanted them together.

Luke Perry and D/K fans didn't "win out". A D/K ending was the only option available b/c Jason and Shannen were no longer part of the cast. Everyone involved with the show wanted D/B and B/K endgame. wtf are you on about? at the time the 90210 Season finale was being shot Shannen Doherty was filming the Charmed Season finale hence her absence from the episode, Jason Priestley was in London doing theatre hence his video message. Had both returned Brenda would have ended up with Dylan and Kelly with Brandon the way 90% of 90210 wanted it. Jennie Garth stated in a 2006 interview to launch the DVD that she now thinks Kelly is with Brandon as she knows Dylan belongs with Brenda.
