I believe you can create a new Virtual Box, and just swap out the old virtual disk, and replace it with the one in the description. The virtual disk extension is .vmdk

i have amd turion-x2 ultra 64 and if i write,the mouse blocks complete and i can't go out,i need to shut down the pc from button,how i can fix it?

try to go on the vmware settings and change the processor virtualization(set only 1 core and disable AMD vt)

Just press CTRL+Alt and that will give you Windows mouse and keyboard controll.
