The drum sizes aren't really that unique. The snare is a Steve Jordan Signature Model (Yamaha). The 'rack' tom sizes are what some companies call "FAST" sizes. The 14x14 & 16x16 floor toms are considered the 'standard' sizes. The mounted left tom is a 14x16. The kick drum's 20" diameter is common w/ jazz/fusion drummers. The 10" FX-snare (sometimes called a soprano snare) is very popular now.

His "auxilary" snare drum you mean? That is an LP low pitch jam block....don't really see him using it that much...that is probably one of the only things besides the roland pad he doesn't use all that often.

Some of them have cymbal walkthroughs and other little videos nothing too major. Chad has his drum lessons and whatnot and he really likes to give to the fans which is not surprisingly why they did this. But drummers kit info is very availible on the internet. Which is great for a gearhead like me if i see something i like i google it and do a little research. It is always great to find new things i want to find info on his grip tape.....hard time finding that.

Yes. Most endorsees for most companys can get anything made. For instance lars ulrich from metallica wanted an orange sparkle drumkit for their death magnetic tour. Tama didn't have one so he asked for it and also wanted them to put it in their catalog since he is one of their most famous endorsers they did it. Tama is a great example of it has to be in the catalog to get it. Unless you endorse them you won't get it. Pearl on the other hand will. You think of it they will do it.

Snare drums are always a great investment. I have 3 different steel snare drums. They all have something different that i really like. Which is what drummers always looks for. I joke that drummers withe snare drums are like women with shoes. They have to have one that fits the outfit. Well drummers have to have a snare drum that fits every possible musical outift. I love pearl but dig tama hardware and also like yamaha.....

Most drummers when using emperors for their batter side no matter coated or uncoated will use ambassidors. The two heads have a nice tonal constrast and do wonders with any drum no matter what kind of wood. I like them on maple and even my kit with mahogany just the way i tune they tend to really not sound like maple...what he does with them is great. A nice warm tight POP!! His floors have a lot of good THUMP to them too.
