im totally for legalizing weed n all. but i used to smoke alot n started having panic attacks. its a scary situation for some people. to the point where i cant smoke anymore. n it lasted for alot longer then a half hour. n i also think that people who smoke all day everyday have alot less fulfilling lives. but legalizing it will definitely be a positive for everyone i think

i dont normally take sides but i will have to agree on the video because of the fact that marijuana may be illegal i still smoke it because of a eating disorder i have i dont eat enough basically and when i first found out about pot i was like damn im hungry so i kept smoking and little by little how ever small it may be im slowly getting an appetite for larger meals.....i think that fits into what im trying to say but still legalize marijuana it does good things for the body.

@KripDrip I'm not sure where you get that information.. because I have visited California and Tennessee quite a few times (where the taxes are the highest) and also have smoking and drinking friends/relatives that live there... and they all buy it from the store. I asked one of my California friends if she has ever heard of an underground liquor or cigarette dealer and she laughed...
@KripDrip as I've stated in my video, other countries that have decriminalized marijuana see a drop in dealing and dealers. If something is legal, people would rather pay the tax because it's less dangerous and not illegal. I don't know a single person who smokes marijuana who would still see a dealer if it was sold in stores.
Dealers do a crazy mark up... probably about comparable to what taxation would do.
Marijuana is illegal simply because the majority of the population wants it to stay illegal. Otherwise if they wanted it to be legalized, they would vote for a candidate that would legalize marijuana and hold them responsible. Its as simple as that. See prop 19 for example. It failed even in the most liberal state of California. Drugs r bad.
@KripDrip If drugs are bad then surely we should completely ban and prohibit doctors from prescribing opiate medication, narcotic medication and all the rest of it. Remember that drugs are bad next time you are suffering, ok.

We have a false idea that the people have the say over our government... but look at any video of police brutality at peaceful protests and you will see that we are not as "free" as we want to think.
The other reason is because many people in America have the government fabricated idea of pot in their head. As I've shown, it has little basis.

There are illegal alcohol dealers in places with extremely high alcohol taxes. Same with cigarettes. Wont make no difference with marijuana.
