It depends on what duro your wheels have. Anything around and above 83a is really good for sliding. Try the new Orangatang yellow durian wheels... 86a like butter sliding down a hill. It may just be because you're not that good? Not trying to be a jerk but that may be why.

well they could but it would just be easier to buy new wheels. =p it makes a HUGE difference, buying new wheels compared to stock wheels.

Any wheels will slide, and a high duro doesnt mean shit for how well it will slide. Look at pink powerballs, perfectly non-choppy slide with a 77a duro. And the 83a stims and durians suck ass at sliding.
