Haven't gotten to try it at a ramp yet. But, we do plan on making the multi-teird rack very soon. We just finished the autoCAD drawings for a 6 place rack a few days ago.
Nice looking design. Have you tried unloading/loading at a boat ramp. Wondering how easy it would be pulling it back on the trailer without the trailer actually being submerged, with the drive and maybe 40 lbs of gear included. I can do it pretty well with my Trailex but having rollers would make it a lot easier. Another design I'd like to see come out it a multi-teired version with the lower racks and rollers like you have here.
