Hello viewers...About the 'shades" on that day DT has severe allergies and NO DT is not supporting eating animals, just the opposite, that is if you take the time to watch the entire show and stop assuming.
This is not to demean anyone b/c I think Turi has a rock 'em/sock 'em message, but this lady has the same demeanor and tone as the Delicious Dish public radio co-host skit SNL lady (you know the one with Molly Shannon - eg Schwetty Balls).
@planetyoho I think the interviewer was focusing on the script and questions which is why she sounds somewhat deadpan. Have seen the show before, and she is usually a lot more animated.
