This is sick, ive jumped here before, its not as bad as people make it out to be. Just dont land sideways, try aerials or hesitate before you jump and its alll good. I dont think its 80 ft tho. Maybe 70.
i wanna jump this cliff next summer, it loooks HUGE. how much experience should you have before attempting this? cuz i know if u dont hit the water right you could easily be paralyzed. i wanna know exactly how i should jump (of 1 foot or two) and where the safest spot to jump is.
If your going to jump always start low and work your way up. ware trainers, keep your legs shut and your arms in to your side. And remember that jumping above 60ft will compress your spine just a little but it will all add up. Try to jump into water that has a broken water surface. water falls are good or moving water. If its flat calm then the impact will be far higher. And always check the water is deep enough. 12ft of water is good upto 60ft.
Immobilizer06 its 80 feet....it took 3 seconds for them to hit the water and since their dropping at high speeds 3 seconds means its really damn high:)
it doesnt hurt especially if u jump in the white water towards the waterfall, the water breaks alot of the pressure for you
when your stand up there, there is a small limp to your left, and if u jump towards the end of it, youll land in the white water of the falls perfectly, without getting smashed by the falls
The best part about this video is that it's actually 80ft, not like so many other video's where people claim 80 and its really 50-60, lol. Sick jumps for sure. Biggest I've done is 83ft, but I've gainered from about 60-70ft. Check it out in my videos. Keep jumping man!
The Columbia River Gorge. Several miles (about 4 miles) on Eagle Creek trail near Cascade Locks, Oregon. I live in Stevenson on the Washington side just miles from Eagle Creek trail head.
I thought somebody was going to toss a bowl of fruit punch off a cliff.

wow! doesn't that hurt?

a little, wearing shoes is a definite must. As long as you land in good form its fine, if you don't you might break your back
brodeo5 2 years ago
@brodeo5 wearing shoes is not necessary at all, the waterfall breaks all the surface tension
