  • Chuck Norris disliked this video.Because he claims induction motor works because he lets him to work.

  • thank you so much!!!

  • This is so well explained, thousands of time's easier to understand than reading from a text book! Thank you soo much!

  • This video is great! I wonder if you have all the other Electrical Equipment such as Transformers, Sync motors, Async etc

    I really liked it

  • you are the Jesus of animation...this is the by far the best animation and explanation..p.s. i have a test in 2 hours

  • Awesome.

  • This proved to my dad that a induction motor isn't a scam!

  • This helped me a lot thank you so much!

  • @hubewa24 Hey Glad it helped you !

    Cheers !

  • Excellent video, you took well the explanation

    congrat...

  • @4u250ut yes my friend this is a brush less motor. The traction occurs by magnetic Fields that change due to the sinusoid and coils ( also more poles mean less speed and more torque , less poles= more speed and less torque like pedestal domestic fans : )

  • @blenderguy2008 Thank you for the info..I seen motor with brushes. Do you think brush motor will be obsolete?..

  • @4u250ut In my opinion I would say yes, however that won't happen anytime soon. Water Proof Motors is one of the reasons, besides low maintenance etc. However Toy motors will be cheaper to build using brushes rather than circuits to convert DC current into AC. Also brush less motors are long lasting, so the economy might not want that?

  • no dinosaurs? :(

  • @EAFFAEEAF ha ha ! Cooking something..cooking something ! ( Yeah with Dinosaurs ! ) Giganotosaurus Vs Trex ! Who do you think should win?

  • @blenderguy2008 sweet! your dinosaur animations are AWESOME! i don't care who wins, as long as i get to see it!

  • Wow. At first, I thought it was an engine for a car. Now, I'm dead wrong. Haha! (I'm deaf, so I can't hear what you're saying, but see the animation). Nice animation! Must be the easiest one you've done. I still haven't forgotten your Superman vs Hulk animation!!

  • @BrandonNielsen87 Yeap my fault, I should have included Captions. Next time I will !

Thanks for your comment Brandon, BTW your drawings are getting better and better, love that Rabbit !

  • Nice animation. What are you using to generate the voice over? It sounds machine generated.

  • @learnwithmac Thanks for your comment ! yes it is computer generated, lot easier fast and sounds neutral for didactic presentations. I have different kind of engines for voice creation, Spanish, English, Chinese ( Male and female voices ) This engine is from Acapela Group.

  • very nice, animation is simple, yet explanatory. However, one thing you forgot to mention was that the iron layers should be laminated to reduce the heat effects of eddy currents, though that's something else entirely. Good job!

  • @blazraidr Yeap ! That's correct. Eddy currents have undesirable effects, thin plates help to minimize their effects like power loss, lamination is a way to reduce this induced undesirable phenomenon. You know there is still a lot said about ac motors. I have a 354 pages book that we called our Electromagnetic Bible at school ! It refers to motors, generators and transformers. Your quotation is helpful for anyone watching this video.

    Thanks for your comment !

  • awesome .. I learned something from this

  • That's pretty cool.
