No, Superman is stronger, faster, and more durable than MM. But, MM can achieve near Superman's strength and durability for a few minutes only thanks to his density shifting. It's his telepathy that makes him as powerful overall as the Man of Steel.

Well MM has a full summer collection of superpowers, however his weakness is too common. Kryptonite is way harder to find, then fire. Taking away all weaknesses to compare the power alone MM would come out at top.

I think this is the strangest thing. He is easily just as interesting if not more interesting than Supes, and yet DC has managed to do so little with him.

Yeah. Superman was just a baby when his father blasted him off of Krypton; he has no memory of it. All he knows: his planet was great and his parents loved him enough to give him a new lease on life, on a planet where he would be worshipped like a god. MM, on the other hand, was already married and had two children when Mars was destroyed by an alien invasion. SM has nothing but fond memories of his home, MM watched his wife and children murdered and his civilization destroyed before his eyes.
