There's a video of her doing a really weird lift like a crab or bridge lift, which is pretty impressive. I've also seen a still of her doing a shoulder carry and/or donkey with this guy.
These guys are so lucky. Could anyone tell me how they get to do this because I'd love to me carried like that. Thankyou so much and what an amazing woman.
What a way to develop powerful and strong legs! Perfect squat method as well! Quite a strong lady there! I don't think anyone would bother her walking down a dark alley at night!
