For this project, you could also crochet in a handle at the back of the scrubby (from one edge to the other, so to speak - attach it to the row that's right before the ruffled part)... like that you can slip your fingers in it so you have a better hold on the scrubby ;)

@coffeebeans89 Not if you use a good quality yarn. I use Lion Brand. Plus it's so quick to make, when they wear out i make a new one!
