i've never been motivated to watch any of the Transformer movies. the fact they've made 3 now - makes me think i should check them out. to me, they've always seemed like bad action movies for the mindless and brain dead movie fan.
I think transformers was pretty cool I bought and disovered the second few days ago and it's really bullshit I think it's one of the worst popcorn movie I've ever seen. I knew I couldn't wait for a masterpiece but if you wanted to know what is the feeling when you feel the director thinks you are a fucking moron and that you can accept all bullshit because of big pobots and explosions watch transformers 2.
Are they kidding me? Are they only showing the idiots who liked this piece of trash?! It was, hands down, the worst movie of the year. I refuse to go see another Michael Bay movie.

Dumb people lol! Americas critics are so dumb! It was a (((ACTION MOVIE))) big explosions tons of robot ass kicking slight loss on the story but everything was well produced and designed! This was for action entertainment and i think it did well!! I give it a 10+ only b/c of the fact that it kept me at the edge of my seat and I grew up collecting the toys and watching the cartoon series. I am looking forward to the next one! The action was pretty good, which is the main reason why many people went to watch it, but everything in between was awful. I'd cringe everytime I heard the horrible dialogue. Pretty bad movie if you want to overanalyze it, but can still be enjoyable to most people.

If the movie sucked so bad why did it make $800+ million. Besides just because it didn't fit the needs of a couple of people, doesn't mean you can go on the internet and tell the bunch of people who saw it, and liked it, that it was the worst movie and blah blah blah.
James Cameron's Titanic made billions and that sucked to the ends of time and space. Instead of focusing on the worst disaster of the 20th century, they go after the unlikely romance between a street waif and a wealthy and depressed English aristocrat. The only reason it made as much as it did is because of the huge female audience it had, and of course, the men they dragged with them to see it.
Know what else sucked, yet made so much? Spiderman 3. A large grossing doesn't mean a good movie.

I enjoyed the movie vary much but there was a lot of crap blowing up. the story had a vary good plot wich makes up for any pointless gun fights. I say G I Joe on the opening night and the Joe's fell shot whan compared to Transformers 2 (though i do think that Snake Eye's could take down Optimus). I would have to give Transformers 2: 4 out of 5 stars.

I have seen the movie in theathers and I have it on dvd. Man I really love the Transformers franchise and the classic cartoon series and I am looking forward to the 3rd Transformers movie.

The scenes that shud have been deleted which wud hv made this movie a bit bearable.
1) Any scenes tht included Sam Witwicky's parents......excludng the portionwhr Bumblebee comes and rescues thm frm small decepticons...in the beging
2) The entire tell me tht u luv me.....and in the end Megan says i luv u i need u......*PUKE*
3) The Transformers heaven - lame......
4) Any scenes with the twins......except 4 the fight scenes...

Yeah, I think I would also give it a 3/10. Maybe 2/10. Everything you mention is right and having to sit through 2 and a half hours of pure stupidity is just awful. I can't understand why so many people are defending this piece of shit.
Come on! We don't have to settle for junk like this! A summer movie doesn't have to be insultingly stupid. Just look at Iron Man, Star Trek and District 9.

James Cameron's Titanic made billions and that sucked to the ends of time and space. Instead of focusing on the worst disaster of the 20th century, they go after the unlikely romance between a street waif and a wealthy and depressed English aristocrat. The only reason it made as much as it did is because of the huge female audience it had, and of course, the men they dragged with them to see it.
Know what else sucked, yet made so much? Spiderman 3. A large grossing doesn't mean a good movie.

You need to pick more of a variety in the audience interviews. Than again... people pretty much know exactly what they're going to get with a movie like this. It would be pointless to have a snobby critic dissecting the storyline and acting. I haven't seen this movie but found the first one a bit boring.

The movie was like the 1st one in the sense that the evil and good side are fighting over an alien object, but diffrent in the sense that *SPOILER*!!! Optimus rime is dead, and they have to find the object first. I give it a 9/10. THE SR_&! BLACKBIRD ROCKED!!!!

i dont like this film cause it reeks of michael bays action style filming. yeh it might be transformers and yeh transformers is fricking awesome.... but bay's filming is as if he'd given the camera man pure shots of caffine, and so much sugar that hed be bouncing off the walls! yes there was good special effects, story line wise? no that was shit, filming? even worse cause you dont even get a proper look at whats bloody happening!

I enjoyed the movie vary much but there was a lot of crap blowing up. the story had a vary good plot wich makes up for any pointless gun fights. I say G I Joe on the opening night and the Joe's fell shot whan compared to Transformers 2 (though i do think that Snake Eye's could take down Optimus). I would have to give Transformers 2: 4 out of 5 stars.
