  • I'm currently on androgel , is this something that can be used with hcg ?

  • Love Dr Echols vids. So much info. I am losing weight by not eating processed food, no carbonated drinks, and whey protein with P90 exercise and such. Feeling better than I've ever felt.

  • you're only allowed 500 calories a day? NOBODY can live on that and be healthy. just lost all respect for this dude as any kind of dr.

  • @micahjones81 Well how about trying the RAW FOOD DIET!!!! Stay away from ALL the processed foods baybayyy!!!!

  • My 1st day on HCG was 31May, 1st day of the VLCD was 02Jun2011. As of today, I am down 21 pounds and feeling great! I frequently test my urine for the presence and concentration of acetoacetic acid (ketone). When this substance is found in the urine, it provides information on carbohydrate and fat metabolism. So far, the stick is always Purple...8-). As for me...I'm a believer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you should have any questions..Brownsuga30035@yahoo.com.Take care All!

  • November 27, 2010.

I have wasted a lot of good money on some bloody useless things in the past, so one more foolhardy purchase will not kill me.

I have saved this to favourites, as I have just bought and paid for the programme.

    It should arrive next week.

I will report back on my progress.

Does it work without leaving me starving and unwell, or is it just snake oil.

I will let you all know.

  • are you sure you're a doctor???

  • Ahhhh ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.... FUCK OFF, you snakeoil merchants. Unsubscribed. Burn in hell.

  • Cut to the chase, beardy.

  • Anyone would loose weight on a 500 calorie diet, this diet is highly dangerous. The only effective diet is eating 6-8 times a day (small frequent meals) which is high in protein low in carbs/fat. Infact it should be a min of 1g of protein per lb of body weight. The split of protein carb and fat should be 60%protein, 20%carb (low GI), 20%fat. and reduce calories by 500 (2000-500=1500 cal women, 2500-500=2000 cal men avg) Exercise will assist this. Only a complete moron would attempt the HCG diet.

  • @tommybarresi, why don't you research HCG before you start calling people names, which either shows how inmature or uneducated you are or maybe both.

  • At 500 cals a day the body is going to strip away every muscle you have in your body. You just can't get enough essential nutrients from it. Diets like that are balls the to wall insane and this guy is a fool. He still has a tubby gut like all fat people he is kidding himself. Probably dropping acid from that bottle.

  • The human race is mentally ill. You people will remain fat and psycho as long as you continue to eat cooked food and following idiotic religions.

  • @SteelSkullX Your the one who's mentally ill. 1) What the hell does religion have to do with gaining weight?... does the bible teach you to munch on twinkies and potato chips? and 2) what is wrong with cooked food?... are you going to suggest fast food instead. Retard.

  • @ThubanExile

All cooked food is processed food.

    Religion is mental illness.

Human beings are supposed to eat raw food like every other wild animal.

Human beings are supposed to be logical.

  • @ThubanExile lol you failed to see the connection between "the human race is mentally ill" and "following idiotic religions"

  • According to "Discovery Health" most independent, peer-reviewed studies of the this diet have shown no difference in weight loss between subjects on a low-calorie diet who received hCG injections and those who received a placebo. I think Mr. Echols simply forgot to mention that, didn't he? ;)

  • two small candy bar have more than 500 calories - and i dont think that HSG is really healthy, well just saying

  • There is on scientific proof. HCG is not something you eat. It is an injectable product.

  • lol he said dr semen

  • 500 calories a day is nothing; its hard to stick to something like that

  • hCG and protocol worked for me - I lost 16 pounds and lost inches all over - and the weight is staying off even now that I am off the diet! I used the sublingual drops that I mixed myself and kept to the protocol - I am going to do 1 more round this fall to get to my healthy weight - anyone overweight - this is the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off -

  • Where's the scientific proof?

Unless a number of objective sudies have been done this is just another money making fad. Unfortunately there have been too many businesses that have preyed on short memories and deep pockets. Think of all the fads that gave no result while making their inventors incredibly wealthy.

  • 500 calories a day. No one should ever recommend that. and to think a substance under your tongue is going to tell your complex brain in where to take the fat from.

Crash diets aint good and thats whats going to happen here. If you think a few drops is going to feel like 1000 calories. be the fool and pay for another useless marketing scam

  • @pmcd20 You question that a "substance under your tongue is going to tell your complex brain in where to take the fat from".

Are you even aware drugs can cross the brain barrier and do all kinds of things??? There are anti-depression med, dementia meds, ADD meds, ect, ect. They all access the brain and tell it to do different things.

I have some friends on this and they are doing great. Have one friend who did it several years ago and weight has stayed off. Better than surgery!

  • why not just stop eating McD. KFC etc?

  • 500 calories a day, is no way near healthy, and you'd put the weight back on as soon as you stopped. This is outrageous. You might as well just promote anorexia.

  • @MadisonLindley

    I am 39 and started a diet where I eat 700 calories a day. I started at 212 lbs and 2 months later I weigh 200lbs.

I walk every day 2 times a day for a total of 2 hours a day... I do a 1 hour HELL work out once a week and feel like shit for the rest of the week while walking with muscle aches from that 1 hour work out for the rest of the week.

I have been hovering around 200 lbs for the past 3 weeks.

So maybe I need to cut back to 500 calories a day?

  • I eat 1 banana for breakfast, half a sandwich for lunch and every other day I skip dinner, but usually have a 450 calorie dinner.

    Banana = 105

    1/2 Sandwhich = 150

    Dinner 450

    705 calories.

  • @batfly

I think we should harvest teenagers to suck out the chemical in them that allows them to eat what the hell ever they want... lay around all day and not gain a damn thing.

  • @batfly

The problem is you can't maintain a diet of 700 or 500 calories a day, cause it will work really well initially, but then it messes up your metabolism because your body will go into starvation mode. As soon as you stop it goes back on.

I used to yoyo diet, tried stuff like this, things like slim fast. Never maintained a weight loss.

I finally tried Weight Watchers, where you eat around 1200 calories per day when dieting, I lost 2 stone over all, and have kept it off for a year now.

  • @MadisonLindley

That is just it... every person's metabolism is different. The older you get the less food you need.

  • Haaaaaaaay Its Kenny Rogers

  • I listened to every thing this mad man had to say before making any comment and this diet is very dangerous do not try this if you are stop and eat something 500 cal a day i not enough and instead of losing fat you will lose muscle and will come down anorexia men who want to lose weight by cal in take should go down to 1500 a day women 1200 cal a day

  • Homeopathy is completely unproven pseudoscience. Why not recommend your patients try some laser bed therapy and get a phrenological exam while you're at it?

  • Homeopathy? Hahahahahahah!

  • But he says HCG not HGC!

  • anyone tried hcg by cherrybomfitness?

  • i thought this was an intelligent channel homeopathy does not work, its the placebo effect. the normal medicine is diluted till it has no effect at all. (see the the amazing james randi for details on homeopathy) this is just irritating predatory pseudoscience for the ignorant.

  • somehow I just can't believe that nature/body is dumb enough to use fat covering vital organs and not use fat on ass or stomach first, this fat on ass is stored for exactly that - times when there is less calorie intake and body would try to preserve it and use fat needed for health? .C'mon, doesn't make any sense

  • From howstuffworks...

Most independent, peer-reviewed studies of the hCG diet have shown no difference in weight loss between subjects on a low-calorie diet who received hCG injections and subjects who received a placebo [source: Conis]. One study even showed that both the placebo group and the hCG group reported major hunger pangs throughout the treatment.

  • Regardless, once a person stops the hCG diet, he or she will have to adopt a normal and healthy lifestyle, or the weight's just coming back. Proponents of the hCG diet maintain that the purpose of the diet is to break food addictions and abnormal eating behaviors, and that the month or so of treatment allows a person to do so. In this sense, the diet hopes to achieve short-term weight loss with long-term behavioral modification.

  • @TheAmazingBiped Yep, I did this diet and put it all back on! I starved on this diet and put the weight back on almost immediately. However, I am a fitness freak and follow pretty strict dieting, clean eating, etc. This diet is not worth the time or effort.

  • I cant open up ur website

  • Had me interested until he started touting homeopathy. complete pseudoscience.

  • Your site link just comes up as a white page.

  • Hi Kenny!

  • Listen to what he calls the diet... does he say HCG?

  • @willbscene360 yeah but its titled hgc

  • @carrieluvv Thats what I mean, isn't he saying it wrong? Like, don't you think they would have caught that? lol

  • @willbscene360

    yep

    lol

  • only a retard would use this method. have fun living in the Matrix

  • @tommybarresi What do you suggest?

  • @soccom8341576 I didn't want to hijack the post, but a person should eat fresh, natural foods, stay hydrated with clean water and exercise daily to keep the body healthy. Limit your exposure to toxins as much as you can. Add in some understanding of how the body actually OPERATES, and viola'---healthy living. It is a lifestyle, not a fad. Just don't get hit by a bus and you'll be OK.

  • @tommybarresi

    yeah, that's about it.

  • kewl

  • I would have to strongly disagree with this diet.

The average person in concentration camps only had 600 calories per day. That is starving yourself.

The question is what is going to happen after you lose weight? Since you did not make switch to "heath" food, most likely, you'll go back to the old diet.

You dont lose weight to get healthy, you get healthy, to lose weight. Check out the Underground Wellness channel, it has a lot of what i am talking about on there.

    Cheers!

  • @FudgeBison they're not obese. the human body is amazingly resilient in that it's actually designed to be very good at losing weight if you are obese, and the average obese person would actually do very well and not be hungry on such a diet (assuming they also take vitamins). someone who is normal body weight would be starving b/c their body knows they don't have as much fat on them

  • @FudgeBison The average person in concentration camps were taking in 1600 calories a day as they were work camps. The Germans needed them nourished in order to perform the work necessary to maintain the war effort.

  • @Firebird7478 ok this reference is so offensive on sooo many levels and for your information the germans in the concentration camps did not feed them 1600 calories a day i dont know where your getting your info people in family's starved you sick bastered the reason why they put us to work was to get something out of us and kill us at the same time

  • @heckboy22 apparently, you do not know the REAL history. Look up the Red Cross information on those work camps. Keep up the guilt. But wait, they starved? I thought they were gassed! Which is it? Even you cannot make up your own mind. And what do you mean "us"...were you there?

Way to manipulate your own propaganda.

  • By the way, you have your title is spelled incorrectly. It is HCG--NOT HGC. (Also please see my videos posted about my HCG journey, if interested in more personal experiences.)

  • Since HGC is produced by pregnate women would this diet produce a false postive on a pregnacy test?

  • @freedom4life77 In fact, yes, it can. :) (See my videos when I talk about this.)
