Dude, read the description. The software is OpenCanvas 4 (it's also mentioned at the end of the video). Unfortunately, as of tomorrow (July 31, 2009) OpenCanvas will be available ONLY in Japanese. Their English website and software are slated to be discontinued tomorrow. So I suggest you check out alternatives like the GIMP (free) or Adobe Photoshop instead.
