  • C'est bizarre, ça se passe dans les années 30, et pourtant la fille a un visage hyper "moderne".on dirait presque Kristen Stewart dans Panic room.marrant!

  • whats the name of this film?!

  • @danielaragao "menschen am sonntag". its a documentary about berlin on a sunday.

  • I love this guy , ever since I saw the Shining. I always think of a horror movie context when I hear his songs, it just makes them seem so creepy , I love it :]

  • i love this song,but grr,the ending cuts out

  • I love Al Bowlly and his romantic singing. If you want to hear another great romanticist, listen to the great Sam Browne, also from London.

  • Just something so romantic about this moment in time and the music it produced. Wish i was born a bit earlier 24 here ;)

  • lovely, ironic, fine

  • This has always been one of my favourite Bowlly numbers. And the film clip you have to go with it makes it very atmospheric.

  • I cant get enough of this 1920 - 1930 music its my absolute favorite. Everything is so perfect and all the words make sense, I rather listen to hours of this type of music than anything made today, and I'm only 21 years old.

  • I'm with you 1000 per cent! I'm collecting all the records/recordings I can from this early period and putting them on CD's. What a difference between this and the screamers, pig callers and instrument bashers of the last fifty (50) years!!

  • im 27 and love this music too! and Im a guy. and Im straight. if any of that matters.

  • What goes around, comes around. I'm so glad you Post-Millenials dig this genre of music. Maybe some of this will get performed live again.

  • I hope that one year later you are still enjoying this music , made possible by advances in recording methods unheard of when I was your age.

  • 28 here and loving it too! im a guy too and luv this stuff!

  • Thank you

  • I very much enjoyed listing to this and the film went very well with it...

  • Bowlly is superb as ever and this film is very appropriate!

  • One of my favorities: Lazy Day - in this interpretation ! And the sound so fresh - natural.

Picture taken from a German film, 1929...:-)
