It's a genuine question. I would like to know what abuse you think has happened to gay people to make them as such. What propaganda are you talking about? Straight people don't have dedicated channels as such, but do they need them? Are they discriminated against for their orientation? Minority groups will always band together to support each other against an unaccepting majority. Just look at the early Christians.

Love is part of the human experience. Gay, Straight, Bisexual, Pansexual or Asexual. Love and sex don't have to be as intertwined as everyone seems to think. Yes we could all do greater things with our lives, but you can say that to anyone doing anything but devoting their life to a selfless cause. You still haven't answered the question.

Well I'm saying this as fact, and I'm sorry haha. The Bible speaks against homosexuality namely in Lev. as well Romans. I'm not siding with either the Christians or the gay community. Just stating the facts about what the Bible says about it. Makes "Gay Christian" an oxymoron.

this is for thenextjasonbecker , i havent found anything relevant to homosexualty in the bible, christian ppl need to leave gays alone and allow them to live their lives in peace. the gays that are trying to change are the ones that care to much of what people think. i got over the fact of what ppl might think and im very happy with my partner. The bible was written by man and therefore could be distorted by man. How would Jesus treat a gay person? What would he say to them? Lev. also says that peircings and tatoos are wrong. Lev. says to cast out lepers. Most of the old testament is law for the ancient times. Jesus I beleive in the new testament said to disregard the old testament.

Darlene I am a straight Christian who got to know you last summer by e-mail and you still are as warm and loving as ever. If only we could get people to read the Bible for themselves instead of listening to some pastor, evangelist or guru who is probably more concerned about their job instead of the truth,more Christians would find out what the Bible really says about gays and lesbians. Christians must learn to open their minds and not be boxed in by what everyone else thinks and does.

I understand your intentions, but she's so happy the way she is. Don't you think God, as her father, wants her to be happy? Especially since she wasn't happy with her transformation? I mean, I know that some people aren't happy as homosexuals, but such isn't the case with her. She was happy with the woman she loved. Doesn't that count for something?

Her hapiness certainly does count for something. I have talked to her by e-mail and could just feel the love of God radiating from her. Darlene means darling and she certainly lives up to her name. If only some straight people could reflect the love of God like she does, it would go a long way to make the world a better place for all.
