  • I think you left out that Jim DeMInt started the recession.

  • jim de mint is crazy as bat shit. and rand paul is now part of the republican establishment; as soon as he won mitch mcconnel hosted a fundraiser for him and he's changed his position on numerous things.

only one who deserves some respect is ron paul. at least he's not a sellout, just a true libertarian - so he believes all drugs should be legalised. pity he's got some crazy views too.

however, much better than jim de mint. the nutter.

  • vote out all incumbents to save the country.

Only Tea Party candidates that pledge to uphold the Constitution FIRST.

  • Funny thing is is that a libertarian is actually a true liberal in it's original intent. The American people are bickering between which form of statism they want the most - socialism or fascism. Rightfully so the old guard Federalists have hijacked BOTH major parties and the true liberals (what we call libertarians of today) are trying to call the GOP back to it's John Locke roots.

  • @residentzombie well tbh that's only in america. in europe the word "liberal" still means a mild libertarian.

  • Jim DeMint has got to run in 2012. I feel the same way about him as I did about Dr Paul in 2008. I would definitely open my wallet to support Mr. DeMint and I think the tea party folks would do likewise.

  • Jim would be easier to accept if he didn't have such a bug up his ass about gays . Let it go already, dude. You are losing a lot of people pandering to the nuts....

  • Ron Paul / Jim Demint 2012!!! That sounds so nice!!

  • I don't live in KY but I will be donating to ONLY those who are NON-ESTABLISHMENT candidates across the country and will only vote for the same.

  • @mbhopp Be careful of the posers. The establishment knows our language and will camouflage themselves as libertarian freedom loving patroits when in essence they are just statists hidding behind the socialist (Democrat) and fascist (Republican) parties in order to grow the government's power structure.

  • I think the whole Rand Paul/Rachel Maddow incident was much needed as it has caused the American public to lokk past the populist rally cries of the Tea Party GOP conservatives and ask the deeper questions of their views on other issues besides the ones that resonate so well with those who are looking for change just as the liberals are.

We must all be careful and do our due diligence of all candidates on all sides of the aisle, lest we American become hoodwinked and bamboozled again.

  • R Maddow:

Dr. Paul, should private business people be able to decide weather they want to serve minority groups?"

"Well, if the private own restaurant opens at 8:00 AM and close at mid night, the elevator should be installed on the first floor instead of the second floor, and the Federal government should not get involve in telling the restaurant owner how to serve tacos to a blind Mexican costumer...looking back, If I were 8 years old in 1964 I probably would be playing Lego with my Dad"

  • So far as voting GOP, my rule is anyone with GW's stink on them has to go!

  • cheney and guiliani got OWNED

  • SA4L

  • Palin endorsed Rand?

God dammit woman, I hate you. One minute I am ready to torch you and the next you go and pull something like that and remind me you endorsed Buchanan in 2000 and were Paul friendly in 2008. Stop playing games with my heart!

  • @Silvsilvchan LOL!!

  • Out country never had these debt problems because if one party spent too much they got replaced. Now its both parties and I dont know what to do becides support candidates like Rand Paul. The constitution is very important to me. But I always thought it funny that only the people who are "restrained" by its words are sworn to uphold it. Every American should uphold it even if it means voting them all out and finding people that understand that if you make 1 dollar you cant spend 2 dollars.

  • If the American voters don't start throwing the bums out of office this country might fall the same as Russia and Germany did.

But only after they take the guns away.

  • mitch just voted No to audit the fed--Sen. Mitch McConnell ~ Nay

    361A Russell Senate Office Building

    Washington, DC 20510

    (202) 224-2541

what a big worm just like grayson

  • As a Kentucky resident, I don't see a choice. I must either vote for a son of a Freemason, or a RINO. So, I'll be writing in the name "Snuffy Smith".

I will also be voting out the so-called Republicans (like Mich McConnell) who have consistently raised tobacco taxes year after year after year. (Tobacco is the only money making product Kentucky has left)

    How "conservative" of you, Mich!

  • outstanding video

  • Ha ha! Excellent piece!

  • I wish I still lived in Kentucky (my birth state), just so I could vote for Paul. His father is by far the best congressman in the past century and with Rand the apple does not fall far from the tree. Presently, we have two big government parties. One is hopelessly statist--the other can be saved by true conservatives replacing Neocons. But the party that could be saved is fighting against their possible rescuers. If they succeed their party will go the way of the Whig party they came from.

  • You guys are chasing the wrong pony.

  • Rand Paul for Senate! Go Paul!!

  • Jack you nailed it right on the head when you brought up the total silence of Hannity on Rand Paul. One of these days Jack you'll get your chance to slap the smirk off Hannity's face.

  • A Paul in the senate will be fantabulous!

  • Yeah!! but Rand Paul concern me when he said that Iran is a threat!! How?

  • @elfil76

He is just politician just as his 'illegal immigrants are a problem' father.

  • @zbigniewzapora I believe what Ron said in regard to illegal immigrants being a problem stemmed from the problem of citizens supporting them. The problem being a money issue. If Ron had his way it would not be a problem because all the social programs and taxes that go along with them would not be in existance. And thus a much smaller "problem" if that at all because at the heart of the matter is the same thing that is at the heart of all matters in our society, money.

  • @Connect2Homes

" And thus a much smaller "problem" if that at all because at the heart of the matter is the same thing that is at the heart of all matters in our society, money."

At heart of all matters in our society lies the problem that force (be it government or any other) will solve all our problems. This makes me sad panda ;(

  • How do Rand Paul and his primary opponent compare on social/cultural issues?

  • Proud to have DeMint in my state.

  • posted to dailypaul (dot) com

  • Another great video Southern Avenger but don't forget about Mr. Toomey up in Pennsylvania who I believe will beat Arlen Specter. Toomey,Demint and Paul will make a fine trio in the U.S. Senate.

  • Even though Rand is somewhat ignored, he supports maintaining Guatanamo and the neo-con policies that would make Guliani/ Cheney proud. What is more bothersome is the Senate race in CT. with Peter Schiff. He is more in line with Ron Paul but is written off perhaps because Blumenthal will landslide anybody with an "R" behind his (or her; McMahon) name. How disappointing that Rand almost has it right and people flock to him and Schiff has it nailed and he is ignored.

  • And let's not forget about Schiff in Connecticut!!!

  • You rock Jack. Your common sense approach makes me cheer at my computer screen. Great job, now just run for office please!

  • Good luck I'm put my money on the establishment.

They know how to push the masses buttons.

  • If some men are entitled by rights to products of the work of others, it means that those others being forced to provide are deprived of their rights and are condemned to slave labor. There can be no such thing as the right to enslave even for the welfare of others. - Ayn Rand

Statist Progressives, Liberals, Socialists, & Fascists (Democrat & NeoCon) endorse SLAVERY. In the US, the 50% who pay taxes are SLAVES to the 50% who don't. Is it time for a Slave Rebellion?

  • Yeah, gotta love how the party puts itself ahead of the citizen and what they want. Was all too noticeable when Ron Paul was running in '08.

  • Another great video. Thanks for the time you put into these very informative and succinct videos.

  • I WILL be voting for Rand Paul this November! The fact that the Washington-elite GOP machine (i.e. Mitch McConnell, Dick Cheney, Michael Steele, etc.) doesn't like him helped me to make that decision.

  • @GloomMaven78 Good to hear... there is no question that the Kentucky race between Greyson and Rand Paul is the most important election in the nation I believe. I'm in North Carolina but I along with a lot of people accross the country have their eyes on this race. I hope Kentucky makes the right choice and puts Rand Paul on the Hill.

  • @BradNC11175 From what I understand, Rand Paul is basically dominating Greyson! He is running TV ads often & he's running a good campaign. I am hopeful that he will be elected.

  • @GloomMaven78 Thats great news to hear. All I have heard other than a few clips like this on Youtube covering the Paul vs. Greyson campaign is from Fox News. According to a recent poll I saw on Fox news they were almost neck and neck with Paul having a slight lead. I dont see a whole lot of coverage on there though of that campaign though. If I were a betting man though I'd place money on the idea that Fox News would probably prefer to see Greyson elected. I am certain Shawn Vannity would.

  • @BradNC11175 I think you're right about the establishment GOP rooting for Greyson. I was disappointed in McConnell's endorsement, but NOT surprised at all. I think that one of the things that I'm drawn to is the fact that Mr. Paul says that he supports term limits and he says that he will step down when his time is up. I like that! I don't think that politicians (on either side) should have a lifetime seat. As they say - power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

  • @GloomMaven78 Term limits are a double edged sword I suppose. You get rid of bad eggs that way but also good ones as well. It will certainly take far more than 4-8 years or even 12 to fix this mess we are in now. But it would be a good way to break up these "good old boy networks" of Washington certainly. And they need to be busted up. But if the people feel that candidate did a good job before and that candidate opted to run again after like 8 years perhaps he/she should have the option?

  • @GloomMaven78 I wish you were voting for Rand Paul in MAY!

  • @Liberty4Ever Well, that too. I am confident enough that he will be on the ballot come November. :)

  • @GloomMaven78 Ha!! Love your reason for voting for Paul!

  • @robotsworld1 LOL! Thanks.

  • The biggest gripe the opponents of Obama have is that he did not follow through on his campaign promises and basically said what he had to say in order to get elected. If the "new conservatives" get elected, it will be based on promises they made during their campaigns. If they do not follow through on those promises, once they are in office, will they be held accountable or rationalized ?

  • Why the Hate on Huck Jack or whatever your name is? Please show me what makes him such a neo-con instead of just saying show me proof and no consiperisy theorist either actual facts.

  • @FamousDave2186

    /watch?v=u9sA5FQfE1E

  • @FamousDave2186 I doubt Jack will reply to you, so I'll offer my sense on Huckabee: He was regarded by fellow Republican governors as a compulsive tax increaser and spender. He increased the Arkansas tax burden by 47 percent, boosting the levies on gasoline and cigarettes. He also supports amnesty for illegals and wants to give them in-state tuition breaks and scholarships...doesn't sound like a Conservative.

  • @Kras3169 I have info to prove most of that wrong. He was considered in arkansa to decrease taxes given arkansa the most tax cuts in their history. He did raise taxes only because the people in arkansa supported it, would you go against the people for wanting improved highways and schools I wouldn't. Now for the illegals I do need to look into that a bit more for an explaintion on it and yes I know Jack won't answer me.

  • Paul/Hunter 2012 !!!

  • @TheEbonicslover I hope you're just one of those people who isn't really a Paul supporter and just writes that racist/.prejudice bullshit to make the Paul people look bad. And if you are a Paul supporter writing that stuff, you're just holding the movement back. While I support Freedom of Speech, those comments do NOTHING to help us. You're better than that...I hope.

  • @Kras3169 President Paul has been attacked before he ran for the presidency, during the run and after for being anti-semitic. Your hopes are in vain here. Are you going to say the Rothschilds, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgans, Chertoffs, Rumsfelds, Wolfowitzs, Pearle's, Shapiros who are still in control are not Jewish...?

Does this mean that all Jews are evil...? Of course not but according to the polls in Israel more than 50% of Jews view themselves as superior to us. This is not my imagination.

  • @TheEbonicslover Yeah, I believe they call Ron Paul anti-Semitic because he supports a foreign policy of non-intervention...this includes not giving support to Israel so he must be anti-Semitic. LOL, their accusations are laughable! Regardless if some Jews consider themselves superior to us, it doesn't help the Ron Paul Revolution by calling them "kikes". I like how you referred to him as President Paul though...that's awesome!

  • @Kras3169 are you familiar with the teachings of Talmud?

These accusations you're LOLing are still working. Don't believe me? Ask all these retarded rednecks who voted for Huckster or Romney. Most of them would love to die for Israel first before America. The more you study international Jewry the more you realize they won and we lost. It doesn't matter how much you would like to integrate with them, they will never accept you as equal if you are a goy.

  • Jack Hunter will soon be a name as recognized as Ron Paul, Judge Napalitano, etc.

I've enjoyed watching how quickly (relatively) his videos have gone from a few hundred votes per post total, to hundred an hour.

    Good job Jack

  • Excellent. I'm going to subscribe to you from now on.

  • Let's all hope that when Rand gets to Washington, he is able to educate DeMint on the real reasons why the terrorists hate us. I don't think Rand is a pure non-interventionist like his father, but he's far preferable to almost all the bellicose Republicans in the imperial capital.

  • @RMMHS4RP

I also have that impression. It makes me suspicious when Sarah Palin endorses him. It could mean that the Israel lobby isn't as far away as real conservatives would hope.

  • @LibertaerUeberAlles I will say in Rand's favor, though, that he has stated repeatedly that he would insist on a declaration of war before committing troops anywhere, and he's also stated repeatedly that he was against the Iraq War. So he's definitely not a neo-con. And the fact that the GOP establishment is so scared of him (and I'm sure this is one of the big reasons why) makes me cautiously optimistic that a Senator Rand Paul will be a boon to freedom and peace.

  • @RMMHS4RP

He's definitely better than the alternative. It could be that Trotskyites who run Palin's PR felt that she had nothing to lose by endorsing him. It gives her a facade which makes her appear more conservative.

  • Go Rand Paul

  • demint has a neocon view on foreign policy

  • interesting commentary...

  • Cheney's official VP portrait should be the headshot at 2:42 haha

  • Another great piece.

  • Yep, I've always liked DeMint.

  • A lot of uninformed people think Demint is for the establishment but he's pretty awesome. I've written him several times and have gotten decent responses.
