Eiteljorg Museum celebrates Native American contemporary art

Don't be surprised if "the blackguy" is also Native American. I think he was making the same point that the next speaker was making, which is that stereotyping Native American art is "ridiculous." Making authentic statements while both incorporating traditional methods and symbols and bringing new creative thinking to the art, is what I find really amazing about the work shown.

i dont like what the blackguy said wrap a feather around a rock fucking asshole wasnt for that rock would have nothing to stand on so he can act all safisticated.

I've had a chance to look at Kay Walkingstick's work first hand....

This is a lovely testament to some wonderful work and some lovely artists.
