Goal should be disallowed. Keeper need a chance to kick the ball. That is not in the spirit of the game. If player is taken off for injury, and keeper had clear posession, then give the keeper a chance to kick the ball in play.

I've seen lot's of players doing this, they give the ball, but after that they start pressioning, it's normal. no excuse for the keeper, and no cheating at all.
