Good shit, this. Forces me to refigure in my brain just what 1981 looked like. I was a little kid, but I remember it well. Stuff like "Don Juan" wasn't on my radio station back then, unfortunately...
i remember those days, recording vids by lipsynching to a boombox :) luvved when PiL was on American Bandstand & Johnny Lydon didn't even try to get the words right.
Shoot, Elizabeth Montgomery's Face has been taken down from you tube. My guess is cuz it used clips from her. :( shucks, killer tewn albeit more laid back than this ;)
this IS a fun video. I also really like the Don't Choose the Wrong Song video. I listened to it for years before knowing it was referrring to strippers. BTW the NOMAR theatre was a porno theatre right.
in response to the previous comment, they're were/are from Wichita.
were these guys from milwaukee? i had a friend burn a copy of there best of like awhile ago i listen to it for like 3 months straight. i love going to the park
oh man i had never known anything about these guys except hearing that song way back when it came out on wnyu, and it was a favorite. now it is a favorite again! thanks for posting!!
