Oh yeah I totally no. Brushless and lipo is the best setup EVER. It will spank nitro anyday. Even the little 1/16 scale traxxas cars will spank any nitro truck out there with the editional battery.

you have to understand that these cars are designed for KIDS. you cannot expect them to be anything but mere toys. even hobby grade r/c cars can be considered as toys BUT they are much more serious than those from nikko. is there a justification for you going around and bashing nikko for making kids happy?

I can tell you all together one thing: Nikko makes fine cars, mine lasts already for 6 years. It's made good, strong (I made several jumps) and when you have to replace some pieces which are broken, it will be cheaper :D

Nevertheless, real RC hobby cars (my protech baby :D) rock(s) faster ofcourse ;P

this movie won't be the best to see (it looks unreal ofcourse) and know what Nikko is, but they make good products!

WHen I have a kid later, he can have a Nikko car :P

i run 4 nitros, my bl 2.5r revo is faster than it ever was wen nitro. i run neu 1515 1.5d in it, 2200 kv.

I looked up some videos of brushless revos and I have to admit, they are very fast. Runtime isn't as long as nitro though is it? I had an e-maxx and it was slow, even after several expensive upgrades. My point was, this is all this kid has, so it's not necessary to make fun of his toy. It's fun for him. Maybe he doesn't have the funds to buy brushless or nitro. He's probably 8 or 9 years old too.

mine has 2x3800mah nimhs and it absolutely shrugs off its weight and flys, wheelies at 50% throttle. runtime is good:bout 20 mins,if i drive normally. if i drive like a showoff its like 15 mins but i have a second set so all is well. the rx batt in revo is crap and lasts like 30 mins, so i actually get longer run times. this user is actually a shop, not a kid!!

It does jump a little, but the shots of it flying through the air in this video were made by throwing the car by hand. On its own it can only jump a short distance.
