Good TAS as always.
You don't need to take the sword in Metaknight's room, the battle starts after ca. 30 seconds if you don't take it (I wouldn't have taken it).

Well it is a speedrun afterall. I know having both an ability and a helper for a split second makes it feel impure but at least they did no damage.
