Just like to echo the 'not a complete' player sentiment. That would be going way too far. England's never produced a Maradona or Baggio and with the dismal state of youth development in the country is not likely to anytime soon. Cole's a skillful player and since they are a dissapearing species we should be at thankful we have at least one in the England team.
