Sabre and redplague, that move is actually very simple. What he did was punch her directly into her carotid artery in the neck. Suffice it to say the artery itself is located on the side of the neck. By cutting that off he prevented blood from reaching the brain. 8-10 seconds without blood is enough to kill your brain and your body. But her staying out that long is just movie magic. After he removes his fists, blood moves through again and it shouldn't be long till she regains conciousness.
when black star ninja is on the roof of the house in the first scene, it appears as if he jumped onto it from a reasonable height, now where the heck did he jump from thats higher than the house's roof?
