question- i'm trying to get my students to "fall" like you do at 18 seconds... they are really afraid to just go for it... but maybe i'm showing them wrong or explaining it wrong. any tips?

Thanks! You have to roll over the top of your foot and "gently" lower yourself down....only that happens so quick that it looks painful. If you do it correctly, it shouldn't hurt. You also need to catch your upper body weight with your arms so you don't hit your face. Ha ha. Just tell them to GO FOR IT! The worst that can happen is they'll get a little bruise, they'll live : )
