finaly a tv clip that allows somebody to say what parkour realy is becuase lets be realy yeah nealy everything is low level but every now and then people go a lil high, and this showcased it very well, almost everything he did was low a flow but he did still do the random high thing and thats what it is. plus danny ilabaca is sick!

let's not believe in names just believe in motion. let's face our limits and so on, i could go on the whole day...;) but remember parkour. i think it was first and freerunning is just another name for it. david belle found it. he gave the art of movement a name - parkour. and that's what we should keep in mind. much love <3 to all traceurs, spread the love... peace

Yeah guys me again. I read your opinions and now try to reflect them. It is hard to distinguish parkour and freerunning.^^ but I think we should all believe in the art of movement, we should believe in our passion, the passion of every real traceur, like danny said. i met this great man and talked a lot about movement. about what it means to us...search the other part :D look below i think

Yay guys please answer me and give me ur opinions: Parkour is getting from A to B as effecient and quick as u can and it's the art of movement. Freerunning is not parkour, lots of people say, but when u feel like doin' flips and spins isn't that ur way of the art of movement? think abbout it and answer

Alright man the difference is that in parkour you try to get to point A to B in the most efficient way possible. And in freerunning you go through your enviorment the way you want go through it. In other words in Freerunning you chose your own path but in Parkour your just strait forward without doing things your way.

its the same, the only difference is the designation, david belle created parkour, american change it to free run, but listen what danny said, he do parkour, it's is passsion :) so god save the parkour!!! danniel illabaca is the master of parkour whith david belle, respect to them!

well... actually free running was founded by sebastien foucan... french... not american... and he himself founded it as a distinct discipline.

Accually it's not the same parkour is just moveing you through your enviorment in the most efficteve way, but in Freeruning you move through your enviorment the way that you would want to.

Yep but the only difference is that in Parkour you go from place to place without choseing your own path, but in Freeruning you chose your own path and you move through your enviorment the way that you would want to.
